Conditions for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Course Content Mismatch: If the content of the provided course significantly differs from the program stated on our website at the time of purchase.
- Technical Failures on Our Part: In case of critical technical issues on the xtrium-metra.fit platform that make learning impossible and were not resolved by our team within a reasonable timeframe.
- Withdrawal during the "Cooling-off Period": If you decide to cancel the course within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment, provided that you have not yet accessed a significant volume of educational materials (see the "Exceptions" section).
Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Draft an email and send it to our official email address: [email protected].
- The subject line must include: "Refund Request".
- In the body of the email, provide complete information: your first and last name, the email used for the purchase, and the exact name of the course.
- Clearly and in detail describe the reason for your refund request, referring to one of the points in the "Conditions for a Refund" section.
- After receiving your email, our support team will review your request and contact you to provide further instructions.
Refund Timeline and Method
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. Funds will be returned using the same method used for the payment (to the same bank card or account). Please note that the actual date of credit may depend on the regulations of your bank or payment system.
Exceptions and Limitations
A refund cannot be issued if:
- The request is submitted after the 14-day calendar period from the date of payment.
- You have already studied or downloaded more than 50% of the course materials, regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
- The inability to complete the training is caused by technical issues on the user's side (e.g., unstable internet connection or incompatible software).
- Any other terms of the User Agreement were violated on your part.

xtrium-metra.fit reserves the right to make changes to this Refund Policy. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
